These terms govern your use of ResumateAI, a résumé and job-application app published by Loomchip. By using the app you agree to them.
ResumateAI helps you build a career profile, produce résumés and cover letters, match yourself against job postings, practise interview questions and track applications. Some features use AI models to generate suggestions.
You can use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method. A guest account is tied to the device: if you delete the app or sign out without first linking an account, the work stored on that device is gone and we cannot recover it, because we never had a copy.
Everything you enter — your career history, résumés, cover letters and applications — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to use it beyond what is technically required to provide the features you ask for, which is described in the Privacy Policy.
AI features produce suggestions from the information in your profile. They can be wrong, can misstate what you did, and can phrase things in ways you would not. You are responsible for what you submit to an employer under your own name.
Match scores, résumé health scores and interview feedback are estimates produced by software. They are not a prediction of whether you will be interviewed or hired, and they do not represent any employer's view.
We do not guarantee that AI features are available at all times. They depend on third-party model providers and can be interrupted or changed.
AI features consume credits. Accounts receive a monthly allowance; some features may require a paid plan. Where a purchase is made through the App Store, Apple's payment terms and refund policy apply, and refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Unused credits do not carry over between periods unless we state otherwise.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in the app. We may put the app into a maintenance state while we work on it.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
ResumateAI is not a recruitment agency and does not provide career, legal or immigration advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomchip is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost employment opportunities, lost earnings or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may stop using the app at any time, and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
